Drafting services consists of generating 2D technical drawings in order to communicate existing conditions and/or proposed design. With these drawings one is able to understand a building's potential and determine the most effective and desired design. Once the design is finalized a set of Construction Docs can be compiled and provided for permitting purposes. The following types of drawings can be generated through the drafting services:

• Record Drawings services - obtaining documents from the building department, analyzing them and comparing it to the existing conditions in order to ensure accuracy through measurements and visual inspections. Upon research and verification a Record Drawing can be generated to provide ideas and concepts. Record drawings are also generated at the end of the project to communicate the conditions after completion of construction.

• Design Development services - generating drawings of proposed design ideas in form of schematics to visualize design intent and approach.

• Construction Docs / Permitting - developing schematic design into a construction set that communicates the existing conditions and proposed design in detail for city officials, contractor and home owner to interpret.
