This phase will provide the necessary steps to generate a Preliminary Design Package based on approved schematic design. The package will consist of:

• Layout Plans indicating conceptual furnishings and equipment layouts

​

• Conceptual design and details illustrated with drawings, photographs or other graphic materials

​

• Reflected ceiling and lighting plan(s) and general electrical fixture types

​

• Basic millwork and plumbing fixture layout
